Summer Camps and Tryouts postponed until further notice.

Dear HBUHSD families,

As you know, Summer Athletics/VAPA Programs in the Huntington Beach Union High School District were set to begin on Monday, July 13, 2020.  We have received additional information from the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) Legal Services office on protocols for opening our summer athletic and VAPA programs.  They strongly suggest delaying the opening of our summer programs until after OCDE receives clarifying guidance from both the Orange County Health Care Agency and California Department of Public Health. Because of this, we are joining other Orange County school districts in making the difficult decision to postpone the start of our Summer Athletics/VAPA Programs until further notice.

The California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) is expected to release school season of sport information on July 20th.   We will use the guidance from all these organizations to help us bring our athletes back to campus as quickly and safely as possible.

Once the new camp dates are announced, the links for appropriate forms and information are listed below:

Please complete the appropriate linked form, and bring it with you to the first day of camp along with a Summer Emergency Card and recent Physical Exam verification
